AI onboarding
The right AI tools, set up for how your team actually works.
We go into your business, learn your workstreams, tools, and tasks, then match, set up, and train — so AI shows up in the work, not in a slide deck.
The AI projects we get called in to fix all failed at the same place.
Someone bought a tool. Nobody mapped it to a task. Three months later the licence renewed and nothing had changed.
CGX starts from the other end: the work first, the tool second. By the time we recommend anything, we know which task it replaces, who runs it, and what it will save.
The method
Five steps, typically four weeks.
You get the workstream map whether or not you go further.
Discovery and workstream map
We spend time with the people who do the work — sales, ops, marketing, finance — whoever you point us at. We map how work actually moves: the tools, the hand-offs, the spreadsheets, and the tasks nobody wrote down.
Tool match
For each workstream we shortlist the AI tools that fit — meeting notes and follow-ups, first drafts and research, reporting — with a plain-language note on what each will and won't do, what it costs, and what it needs from your data. We say no to tools more often than yes.
Onboarding
We set the tools up, connect them to what you already use, write the prompts and templates your team will actually reuse, and train people in small groups at their own desks.
Measure and hand over
Time saved, output gained, and what to do next. A one-page summary for you and a playbook your team owns. If it makes sense, we stay on a light retainer to keep it working.
What you get
A map, a shortlist, a set-up, a trained team, and the numbers.
- A workstream map of your business
- A shortlist of matched AI tools, with reasons
- Set-up, integration, and prompt libraries
- Training for the people who will use them
- A measurement summary and a playbook you keep
Who it's for
Owner-led companies, professional services firms, agencies, distributors, and operations teams. If your business runs on a handful of tools and a lot of hand-offs, we'll find where AI helps.
The people
The people who map your work are the people who do it. The team that maps your workstreams is the same team that will design, write, and build for you — with the brand and marketing craft of codegreenx behind them.
